Data Controller

Data Collected

  • Identity and contact details (name, delivery and billing address, email)
  • Customer account data (login email, order history)
  • Order data (products, amounts, history)
  • Newsletter and availability alert sign-up, with your consent
  • Technical data necessary for the operation of the site (cart, session)
  • IP address, kept temporarily to limit form abuse (automated submissions, repeated login attempts) and to secure access to the site

Yuminto does not collect or store any payment card data.

Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Order processing and delivery (performance of the contract)
  • Customer account management (performance of the contract)
  • Customer relationship and after-sales service management (legitimate interest)
  • Accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation)
  • Newsletter, availability alerts and marketing (only with your consent)

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the necessary providers: Stripe (payment), Neon (database, hosted in the EU), Vercel (website hosting and anonymous audience measurement), Resend (sending emails), and the carrier for delivery Colissimo et Mondial Relay, via Boxtal. If you consent, the effectiveness of our advertising may be measured via Meta (Facebook / Instagram). Automatic translation of product content may be carried out via DeepL (based in the EU). These providers use your data only for the service entrusted to them.

Transfers Outside the European Union

Some providers (in particular Stripe, Vercel and, with your consent, Meta) are established in the United States and may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards: standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and/or adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The database (Neon), for its part, is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region).

Retention Period

  • Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting and tax obligation)
  • Customer account: kept for as long as the account exists. You can request its deletion at any time by writing to contact@yuminto.com; it is carried out within 30 days
  • Prospecting (newsletter, alerts): until consent is withdrawn, and at most 3 years after the last contact

Your Rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise them, write to contact@yuminto.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) (www.cnil.fr).
