General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 23 July 2026. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force on the date of the order.

1. Purpose and seller

These terms and conditions govern sales made on yuminto.com by the company PokeJapon ("Yuminto"), to any customer ("the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

Yuminto sells collectible cards (individually), sealed products and graded cards. Each product is described precisely. For unique items (graded cards in particular), the item photographed is the one that will be shipped. The condition stated is given in good faith; Yuminto does not guarantee any future grading score.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros. Yuminto is subject to the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses (franchise en base de TVA): prices do not include VAT, "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Yuminto reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order. Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error (a price displayed that is derisory or manifestly incorrect), Yuminto reserves the right to cancel the order concerned and to fully refund the Customer, without further compensation.

4. Availability

Offers are valid while stocks last. A large part of the catalogue consists of unique items: despite our checks, it may happen that an ordered item is no longer available. In this case, Yuminto informs the Customer as soon as possible and proceeds with the full refund of the unavailable item within 14 days, without further compensation.

5. Order and payment

Payment is made online via our provider Stripe (bank card and equivalent means). The order is confirmed after payment is confirmed. Yuminto does not store any bank card data. A confirmation e-mail summarizing the order is sent to the Customer.

6. Pre-orders

Certain products are offered for pre-order. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. An estimated delivery date is indicated; it may vary depending on official release dates. If the release of the product is cancelled or significantly delayed, the Customer may cancel their pre-order and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped from France, in reinforced packaging, to France, Italy and the European Union France métropolitaine, Belgique Italie Espagne et Portugal — Colissimo et Mondial Relay, via Boxtal. Delivery times are given for guidance only. In the absence of an agreed date, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order; after this period has elapsed and following a formal notice that has remained without effect, the Customer may terminate the sale and be refunded in accordance with articles L216-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code). Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the parcel.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Code de la consommation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, it is sufficient to send a clear request to contact@yuminto.com (or via the standard withdrawal form) before the deadline expires. The Customer may examine the product as they would have done in a shop; depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item may give rise to a deduction from the refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

9. Returns and refunds

In the event of valid withdrawal or a non-conforming product, the refund is made via Stripe, using the same means of payment, within a period of 14 days. Yuminto may defer the refund until the product has been recovered or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever event occurs first. The refund is issued to the original means of payment; depending on the Customer's bank, it appears on their account within 5 to 10 business days of being issued. Where the refund closely follows the payment, the original transaction may simply disappear from the statement without a separate credit appearing.

10. Legal warranties

The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions provided for by law, independently of any commercial warranty.

11. Force majeure

Yuminto's liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance or delay due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the Code civil (French Civil Code) (in particular disaster, strike, failure of carriers or networks).

12. Personal data

The processing of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Customer service, disputes and mediation

For any complaint, the Customer should first contact customer service at contact@yuminto.com. Failing an amicable solution, and after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with Yuminto, the Customer may, free of charge, within a period of one year, refer the matter to a consumer mediator information to be provided. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law; the French version shall prevail.
